Well… Accepting and decining are different. They basically allow them to be working here temporarily before bigpuppy actually “hires” them. He can also decline them to be here as well. Basically, if I'm not here for more than like 2 hours, you can accept or decline their “resume / form” so they can maybe like… Actually do something instead of waiting for bigpuppy to hire them. (REMEMBER JROMAGNOLI: BIGPUPPY AND I ARE ALLOWED TO DECLINE YOUR DECISIONS)

(I think that's how it works, still not sure about that part about the time for you to take over…)
