First of all, typing in all caps is considered rude, like yelling.
Second, it's there. The folder with an up arrow icon.

I don't think that's quite what he meant; but, yes, he should stop talking in all caps.

SuperJedi224 is right- he's talking about putting costumes together. -An import button for INSIDE paint editor. Like in 1.4. They just haven't added it yet, not taken it away.

1.They do have it.

2.STOP SHOUTING IN CAPS LIKE THIS!!!!

Im sad they don't have an import button for merging to projects (for instance an intro and an animation)

The Scratch Team can help you better if you don't shout. It's quite rude to the ST, as they already have lots of stuff to sort out with 2.0…
