Their the worst of the worst, tricking your grandparents into buying them for you when they're not the real thing. Welcome to the Bootleg Video Game topic. This topic is all about video game bootlegs, from Sonic to Pokemon, or just anything from a popular company turned into trash. Our goal in this topic is to not only make you aware of the video games you might see at a dollar store or any cheap store, but to bring Scratchers together and have fun. Please remember to read this first post (if you're new to the topic) before posting.

All we have are some rules to follow before posting, so yeah.

THE RULES
Please be kind to others, respect their opinions, and don't bully them.
No spamming. If you see a post that is being spammed multiple times, please report it.
Don't show off things that can break the Scratch Guidelines.
Try to keep this forum friendly.
DON'T GO OFF-TOPIC. Yes, it can be fun to go off-topic (in your opinion), but it can easily get excessive and annoying. A huge problem on the discussion forums is going off-topic. Please try to ignore anything that can be considered off-topic. If too many off-topic posts are posted, please warn that person. If this becomes excessive, get a Scratch Team member.

Darn! You beat me to it! Anyway, I picked up a game called “Back to the Future Part IIIIIII” and it was a de-make of the telltale game for the NES.. O.O

Tried playing a bootleg NES Pokémon Gold.
It was Chinese so I couldn't read it as well as if it were Japanese and the “music,” if you can even call it that, gave me a headache.

Haven't got any yet, but I almost got Arkham Origins after enjoying Arkham City but fortunately I didn't because apparently it's made by the reserve studio and the gameplay is worse and all that.

I'm pretty sure the infamous Vietnamese Pokemon Crystal counts as a bootleg. While I don't believe it's a good idea to let small kids play it, if you're 13 years or older, you'd definitely like this li'l bootleg.

The messed-up poorly-translated dialogue is beautiful. My favorite part is after you beat your soon-to-be rival for the first time when he takes off with a stolen Pokemon, he says, “I am… I am a monster.” Deep.
