So you can keep track of your previous ideas, especially useful is someone makes a duplicate.

You can do that. Here's how:

Go to the main discussion page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click on where it says, “Show your topics/posts.”

This option is already available. Go here to see your subscripted/followed posts. It is show topics/posts and you have to scroll to the very bottom.

You can already do that though? “Show all topics” shows every discussion that you currently follow.
