The old topic (which you can find right here) closed down, so here's the new one! I was a member on that forum ever since 2015, and since we on the old forum thought that the limit was 1,000 pages, I made this forum. Now that the time has come… The new Steven Universe forum shall rise! If you haven't been on the old forum, we still welcome you with open arms!

This forum is for discussing, you guessed it, the Cartoon Network series Steven Universe. This is a friendly place where you can discuss anything Steven Universe! (SU for short.)

You can show off your Gemsonas, fan art, or some Steven Universe stuff you have! Other things you can discuss about are the episodes, what you want to see in the future, some of your favorite gems, the songs in the show, theories, thoughts on episodes, just anything Steven Universe. Everyone from the old forum and people who started off on this forum are glad to have you here!

When I first joined the old forum, I met many people. Today, many of theme are my Scratch friends. Our goal here is to not only let those express their love for Steven Universe, but to make everyone feel happy, make some friends, and just to make you feel like you belong somewhere on Scratch.

Most rules will be the same. Everything below will be re-written from the original forum!

What Is Steven Universe?
If you haven't watched the show or are just wondering what the hype is all about, we will fill you in.
Steven Universe is a Cartoon Network original series made by Rebecca Sugar made in the United States of America. The show stars Steven, a half-gem half-human young male that lives with these creatures called “gems,” a race of humanoid aliens named after actual gems. Son of a gem named Rose Quartz, Steven lives with his dad and the Crystal Gems. The main 3 members of the Crystal Gems are Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl. The gems have raised Steven in the town of Beach City. The main goal the Crystal Gems have is to protect the people of Earth from monsters and other threats.
Steven Universe is the first Cartoon Network show solely created by a woman. The show first premiered on November 4th, 2013. Rebecca Sugar developed the show while working as a writer and storyboard artist for the show Adventure Time. The show has a huge following and is one of the most popular modern cartoons of the 2010s.

The Forum's Rules
Yes, we'd like you to have fun, but we need to set some ground rules. Make sure to read these rules and follow them. Most rules are from the old Steven Universe forum.
1. Ignore posts that are off-topic and/or spamming. If they become excessive, please report those posts. If a chain of mostly off-topic posts occur, please move all off-topic conversations to the Off-topic Studio made by my good friend awesomekid0224.
2. Don’t make posts with the intent of antagonizing and/or provoking people.
3. Respect other people's opinions and ships. We aren't here to start flame wars. To keep this forum nice and friendly, if you find something disagreeable, don't start a war. People won't always agree with what you agree with. So, please leave those people alone.
4. Make sure every post you make follows the Scratch Guidelines.
5. If you share Steven Universe fan art not made by you, please credit the original creator.
6. If a post is harmful or offensive to someone, report it. Don't reply or say to that person “I reported you!” The Scratch Team will take care of that.
7. If fighting or spamming gets out-of-control and can't be stopped by yourself, get a ST member's help. They're here on the site for a reason.
8. Don't just post memes. They can get boring and annoying after a while. Every once in a while, please say something thoughtful and/or productive sometimes. This isn't the “Steven Universe Meme Forum LOL XD”.
9. Don’t discuss past negative events in the fandom (e.g. Zamii070). They tend to just upset people. We would also like to make it very clear that we do NOT condone the harassers in the mentioned incident.
10. Even if the title says “Spoilers,” some people still might be on this forum who have watched a few of the episodes, but don't want to be spoiled. If your post could be considered a spoiler, please put a spoiler warning and/or make the spoiler parts of what you're typing in your post transparent.
11. If you want to share a picture that ships any characters, please link to the picture rather than post it directly in the thread. The thread must also remain neutral on the topic of ships, and allow equal discussion of all ships, including ones that are often reviled by the fandom (e.g. Pewey, breaking up canon relationships, etc.).
12. Don't like Steven Universe? Then why are you here? Don't post a comment along the lines of “I hate Steven Universe!” There is just one thing you can do if you don't like it: leave.

How Can I Support The Show?
Want to support the Crewniverse? For one, watch the episodes on TV. Yes, you can find some of the episodes online, but that isn't really supporting the show. In order for a cartoon (or just about any show) to stay alive, it's all based on the viewers who watch the show on TV. Not online. If you want to keep the show alive until it ends officially, watch at least most of the episodes on your TV.
Another way to support the show is to buy the DVDs. Older episodes of Steven Universe are found on DVDs that you can find in most huge stores (like Target, for example). Buying a DVD of Steven Universe would help support the show as a whole.

I haven't been here long but this new forum makes me have the feeling of when you get up from a warm chair and sit back down and you have to warm it back up again.

Commissions cost something, while art requests are free. So no, they are most likely not free.
