I was gonna make an open map with Chara from Undertale and in the thumbnail i want to add a scar on her face. It'll be a pretty large scar with only a little actual blood coming out. If it gets rated NFE than I'm fine but I don't want to get it taken down. Please help!

It wouldn't be suitable.

A paper cut or a drop of blood would be appropriate. Several drops of blood or a small puddle would be slightly inappropriate/NFE. A large puddle of blood or several small puddles of blood would be inappropriate.

Better don't put any blood in the project. you should only put blood if it's and educational/biology project (ex. about human anatomy).

I personally don't think it's much of a problem but if you want to be 100% sure it won't be taken down, maybe put the scar but not the actual blood.

Oh my gosh, WHY IS EVERYONE CENSORING BLOOD?!? Sorry for all caps, it's just that my mother is a doctor. But, DiamondMoon10, I support you. If it's just a tiny scar, it probably won't be censored. Also, you are exercising your creativity and Undertale is your passion.
