Okay, never using that again. My computer blinked 8 times when i went to a project that was featured.
Also it took 8 seconds to load, it usually takes 1-5 seconds.
Normal version using flash is better.

I opted-in for the new beta player and I can now see the “beta player” words in Firefox, but I don't see them in Chrome. Is there any clear reason for that?

It goes way faster!! But when I started my gangam style project, all the sprites had Black Boxes around them.

Projects of mine that used blocks to change a colour of each clone no longer run at a snails pace but just as fast as any other project now.

However, projects that ran fine on normal player are now slow (varies on how slow).

Edit: My old project (http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/11265847) runs ok in normal size but in fullscreen it is completely unplayable.

BUGS ALERT

In the graphics editor: When you create a new graphic, if it is blank, it might appear as the scratch cat. Also when drawing, The graphics on the player can temporarily shrink.

In the player: You can not right click anything in the player

The menu for adobe flash does not appear either.

What browser are you using? Click the little globe icon when you reply to insert details of your operating system/browser/flash version.

Oh, do tell. When may I have my own player? What will be the restrictions for use be, i.e., will I be able to display my projects to my friends only? Will I be able to commercialize and monetize my work created for the player? I am and have been, anxiously (bugs and all), waiting for this, please do not disappoint

For me it seems like it appears on every project, but the mostm have just a few sprites, so it freezes (for a part of a second) right now at the beginnig and then enver again

Monetizing your work is against their terms and conditions so extremely unlikely.
