Are you suggesting to consolidate all the stickies into one that explains everything? If so, Semi-Support because some Stickies should be by themselves.

Maybe there should be a system that creates a pop-up if you haven't read the stickies yet (at least the most important ones).

No, I'm not suggesting compile them into one. I want the stickies that can be put together, be put together. This way we have less sticky for less confusion. Stickies that deserve their own topic should be left that way; if there clearly is no benefit to combination of the sticky.

Support! I have always felt like the stickies were either too hard to notice or just plain clickbait with their large full caps letters. Instead, I feel as though they should be put into one post, and maybe even have another colour to make them noticeable. Maybe a yellow background instead of white on the entire sticky row would make it a lot more noticeable and have it closed immediately upon creation so nobody can post spam? I also feel that a lot of the stickies go over things the other stickies do as well, which is kind of useless if you've already read others.

Immediate closure of stickies ruins their purpose (for most of them). I think you're over thinking it.

The Stickies are fine, I'd rather have one outlining the rules.

I'm not calling this suggestion dumb or anything, but can't we already just write up these stickies right now?

Also, you may want to re-word the OP, because for some wierd reason I can't work out, a lot of people (not me) are misinterpreting this.
