I'm interested in where they'll take this but usually for me spin-offs really aren't that great except for a few exceptions (e.g. The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron)

Why would this be so much worse than the originals?

I wouldn't consider Adventures of Jimmy Neutron a spinoff really?

Can't wait until it comes out! I saw an advertisement for it while we were waiting for Star Wars to start, and it looks awesome. Not to mention it's about the American wizards, yay!

Like, about a quarter of the way in, you're just like “Oh my gosh I love all these creatures!” and then about an hour in stuff gets REAL

I know, right!? My family hasn't seen it yet, and it's so hard not to give them ALL THE SPOILERS!!!

Before like, 2022, I didn't even know this was a part of the Harry Potter franchise……. but then the trilogy turned out to be three of my favorite movies in the HP series.
Scamander and Kowalski may be my favorite characters in the HP series.
