yeah they all look a lot older than they're meant to be. and annabeth wasn't blonde! and her eyes weren't grey which rick riordan always made a big point out of
I haven't seen the movies, but seriously, where is there a gray eyed actress?

This first movie was okay.
The second was kinda bleh.
The first movie was okay?! It was so different from the book, I don't know how it could get worse. And a person said that the second is closer to the book.

I kinda want to see the second movie.
The first one didn't stray too far!

Annabeth IS blonde read the part in Mark of Athena where Leo was confessing he bombed Camp Jupiter.

BUT CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG.

Also Annabeth and Percy are like around 18.

Smellyellie1234 meant that in the movies she isn't. Rick Riordan himself hasn't watched the movies, because they changed it so much.

That's pretty cool, but if someone was making a book I made into a movie, I'd rather keep a close eye on the film process and stop them when they make a decision that would go against the book.

Yeah, I'm on the Mark of Athena, the son of neptune wasn't the best, and psst, the first movie is okay, and the second looks great!

I read the first series a few years back. Now I'm on the second one. (Only because Riordan took so long ) I'm waiting for Blood of Olympus.

I do get annoyed by the movies.

Anyone else love Rick's acknowledgement at the beginning of House of Hades?
Finally, an author who apologizes for cliff-hangers!

Awesome!! Percy Jackson is one of my favourite series! I've finished the whole series and I'm now on the Heroes of Olympus, nearly finished The Lost Hero.

Some of my favourite chapter titles:

- I learn how to grow zombies
- I go snowboarding with a pig
- Pigs fly

and loooaaadddsss more… well, uh, they probably aren't just the funniest! xD

Favorite quote: ‘ “Boys,” Annabeth interrupted, “I’m sure you both would have been wonderful at killing each other. But now, you need rest.” ‘
From the Mark of Athena, after Percy and Jason were possessed by the eidolons. Note: I quoted and spelled eidolon by memory. Please tell me if i misquoted or misspelled.
Funniest scenes: The Lightning Thief: When they were fighting Medusa, Grover in hovering shoes attacking. The Sea of Monsters: Percy getting turned into a guinea pig. The Titan’s Curse: Percy and Blackjack getting wrapped in vines. The Battle of the Labyrinth: Rachel Elizabeth Dare hitting Kronos in the eye with a blue plastic hairbrush. (She managed to recover it, though: She has it in the House of Hades, delivering the message on a napkin from Annabeth in Tartarus.) The Last Olympian: At the end, Percy talking to Hermes, Hermes said that the Mortals kept showing a shot of Susan B. Anthony strangling Frederick Douglass. The Lost Hero: Sitting at the bar, Jason told Piper and Leo about the Venti, and quote:

Rick Riordan wrote:

Leo whistled. “So…Giants who can throw mountains. Evil espresso drinks. Gotcha. Maybe this isn't the time to bring up my psycho babysitter.”
The Son of Neptune: Ella dating Tyson. The Mark of Athena: I don't have one! The whole thing is funny! The House of Hades: Bob (Iapetus) with his broom.
Lol!!! Your favourite funniest scene in The Battle of the Labyrinth is my favourite too! xD xD xD
