I thought the poster who brought up Neru was maybe talking about a producer named Neru, but who can be sure?i'm new to this stuff.. huh, I guess you're right edit: but i don't see why she can't be talked about in this topic– she's still used by crypton future mediaBut Ive got evidence, It exactly said "Due to Neru proving to be one of the more popular Fanmades, appearances of her have warranted some consideration for promotion. The other derivatives bearing this distinction are Hachune Miku, Sakine Meiko, Yowane Haku, and Tako Luka. Therefore, she is a Fanloid
pretty sure that wasn't what that person's post was about, anyhow
Also, to settle this, VOCALOIDs are only considered “real” if they have an actual software.

Yep, “my favorite artist who uses vocaloid is neru” didn't mean their favorite Vocaloid, from what I read. :>well, originally. according to the wikia:ah dang i just got into vocaloid songs and music–i think my favorite artist who uses vocaloid is neru
um Neru is actually a Fanloid so she isn't really a Vocaloid(even tho peeps say she is)
Miney
@Minecratfunico1On April 1, 2008, Crypton adopted Neru as an official derivative character of Miku.
also, I'm pretty sure they were referring to someone who uses vocaloid– not one of the vocaloids themselves.
