For what? You're logged into your account, so obviously you can remember your password.

Log out and enter the username of the account you've forgotten the password for into the Sign In. Click “Forgot password?” and it should help you there.

How can you have forgotten your password if you're logged in? Anyway, when you click to sign in, click ‘Forgot your password?’

What are you confused about? Rather than spam, you could describe what that problem is.

They might have forgotten their password and NEVER logged out of their account after they signed in. That is a possibility as long as their computer is their own and they're not worried about anyone else logging on. If that's the case, I would use the “Contact Us” button or *shudder* log out and then use “Forgot Password?” when trying to recover your password.
