PHANTOM SHADOWS VERSION 0.9.7.5

This update comes with a major improvement in SAVING and LOADING!

However, the loading script seems to work only 90% of the time, and I need your help to figure out why it goes wrong sometimes. It might have something to do with quests. Could you please create multiple save codes at different stages of quests and see if they load correctly?

Excellent game! All of the hard work you put into it came through very clearly! The concept was sound and the artwork was very nice. Topped off with the impressive mechanics it will clearly be one of the best RPGs on Scratch when it is fully glitch free!

A few glitches I noticed: Sometimes the fast travel menu doesn't go away after you travel, also I am a level 9 at this point and Benjamin still won't let me take his quest and I can't use any “Special attacks” that it mentions in the description even if my SP bar is full of green bars or white bars. In addition I can't level up from level 12. Finally when I saved at level twelve my save code didn't work.

Could you tell as the version (+ the time) in which you saved? We fixed a saving issue lately and need to know if you allready played the fixed version.
Could you please specify the class in which you encountered the special-attack glitch as well?

Thank you very much! If I am not completely wrong, you played the fixed version (This means another saving/loading issue to fix).

No problem, it would be of a great help to have the invalid savecode though. If you got some time left in the future, it would be great if you could play through it again and post it here

Yes, please! We don't have anyone with a Chromebook yet, so that's perfect!

I'd like to report a bug: When you reach Level 3, even that is the required level, Benjamin doesn't ask you for assistance.

Thanks for the report, Anvard! Version 9.7.6 now has a functional conversation. The quest itself hasn't been written, so you can't actually complete it yet

Welcome, and I know.
I'd also recommend putting the shop in world/village 2, so that the player has completed some quests and has a reasonable amount of money before the access the shop.

This update has more dialogue for Benjamin, an improvement in the text-choice engine, and a couple bug fixes. The Traveller quest progress should now also be included when you save the game.
