I remember in Problem Sleuth there'd be huge recaps and at the end it'd say some variation of “it's so simple you wonder why you haven't understood it already”.i just realized there's no actual plot to homestuckHomestuck does have a plot. It's just complex, long, convoluted, and not fully explained.

try finding a plot structure anywhere in there, aside from the lord english part
And every time I would be like “THE PLOT CHANGED LIKE SIX TIMES AND THE GAME MECHANICS MAKE NO SENSE HOW IS ANY OF THIS SIMPLE”
This is basically Homestuck every twelve pages or so.
