How do you know Shadow Freddy doesn't have any opening faceplates? The only detailed image we've seen of Shadow Freddy is a hallucination. The player in fnaf 2 could have very well only seen a glimpse of Shadow Freddy or only heard of it, therefore he doesn't know about the faceplates. Also I know that about the observatories already. I want to figure out what they're FOR.

Actually, come to think of it, there is no evidence that a Shadow Freddy costume even exists. The one in the mini games isn't in the safe room on night 5. Shadow Freddy may be the ghost of the Fredbear springlock victim. Which would mean the ghost is helping the Purple Guy. Why? Because he isn't, he's helping the kids get out of their suits. Just a thought. But, the springlock suit is most likely an entirely new suit. Also, sorry. But, you didn't say what they're for, so I just tried to answer. Anyway, They might be for malicious intent (because FNAF 4), but who knows. I know, Scott!

That's actually plausible, as there are multiple Spring Bonnies, but not a “brown” version. But, there is one thing (I'm sorry lol).

It was only used in the staged FFD.
