Full Support. This would be great if your attempting to re-create an audio file for maybe an animation or audio clip, or something specific for a project that you can't get the right tone of a voice for.

Even if Scratch isn't an Audio Modifying Program,you can make audio with it for your Scratch games,without having to download audacity,because you don't have to download things,for example,as someone said (don' remember who tho) some people have restricted accounts,and you can't download programs,because of that,so,i support.
