Welcome to The Confederacy
What Are We?
The Confederacy is a union of shops and collaborations. Our goal is that together, we are stronger.
What we do is encourage communication and collaboration between collaborations and shops. The concept is similar to the United Nations of the real world; we discuss economics, business and current affairs on Scratch.
About Us
After the sudden demise of TSF (The Shop Federation), The Confederacy was created to replace it. Hopefully we will be just as successful if not more so.
We aim to keep things much simpler than it was previously, but yet having a broader range of ability.
How This Works
To keep things as simple yet inclusive as possible, we have developed a somewhat two-and-a-half layer hierarchy consisting of the Executive, who manages the thread as well as keeps track of polls and elections, the Mediators, who have no administrative powers and merely keep the thread in order, and, finally, the Associates, who make up the mass of the Confederacy, the Associates are the ones who vote on all of the decisions made in the Confederacy. The Associates will be the owners of the registered Shops and Collaborations.
If you found any of that confusing, let that be amended by this chart:

To apply, you fill out this form:

- Own a shop? (If you are the owner of a shop include it here):
- Miscellaneous (Anything else you want to mention):
