Don't worry - our plan, once we have time, is to bring it back as a dialog box. i.e. When you click the featured project, instead of going to the project page, it'll pop up a (regular project player sized) box and start playing the project immediately. It's just that that requires a few other changes first.

An embedded project is a project that's shown on another site; for instance, if you had some of your games on yourname.com, they'd be embedded.

An embedded project is a project that's shown on another site; for instance, if you had some of your games on yourname.com, they'd be embedded.
what if my projects aren't shown on another site? does that mean I can't use cloud data?

Nono, cloud data itself hasn't changed. The only thing that's changed is, cloud data works when the project itself isn't on the Scratch website, as well as when it is. Cloud data still works the same

Interesting stat history. Quite an explosion of new users and projects this year.

New Zealand is TINY on the map. Nearly couldn't position my mouse on it. I'll bet those proud NZ folk would appreciate having a properly-scaled graphic.
