I'll put things in comparison. You know your project Icarus' Flight? If you deleted that project, we would have enough space to spam at least 151 new scratcher accounts. That's how much space a simple project can take up. And remember, these new scratchers don't have any projects at all.

So yeah, I'm fine with them around. Avoiding them isn't too hard.

I support this idea, because I find accounts like these annoying. They should be banned but only through reporting. If they are simply roleplaying, they should not use a PROGRAMMING WEBSITE to make little chats inside of a studio. Instead, they should go somewhere it is meant to be.

Semi-support, as I don't support accounts that spam up Scratch's servers, I think people should be able to do whatever they want with their accounts, as long as it doesn't break the CG, TOS, or DMCA.

With that logic, all art projects, or non programming related studios/projects shouldn't be here.

It depends.
if the account makes projects as if they were that character, like keeping a journal about the events in the show, as well as talking to lots of people when they ask the character questions (Think the characters at disneyland) then it's okay.
Accounts that just use the name and leave it there it's not.

Eh, but these accounts are not really doing much harm and they are just namesnipes, and your always going to get namesnipes on a website where you can’t have the same username over and over
