I downloaded a project to my computer, but when I try to open it, It just says,“this file cannot be opened.” can you help?

My answer:

You cannot open the .sb2 file if you don't have Scratch 2 Offline editor, however the only one solution it's to import your .sb2 file to online scratch editor by using File>Import from your computer. I promise it will work for you.
