Thought about it, and here it is for issue #3!
@pandakun - As of 9/25/16, @pandakun made a stunning project titled “Paper Plane”. Also as of now, it is in the #2 featured spot. It seems very simple to make, yet it is very difficult to play. It is a challenge, and many, MANY scratchers that I know like challenges. It just seems fair to award @pandakun our Scratcher of the Week!

Idea: Write about Recoloring! Ive seen alot of recoloring of BIG projects and they didnt give credit. And So i made a project and that didnt work so maybe we should wright about it! and its not just they dont give credit, Some people even remix projects that people dont want remixed and they dont unshare. but thats a diffrent story. now recoloring is okay to a sertian level that level is if you change something, the other person is okay with it or, they said they didnt care if people recolor. but yea you can write more but thats all i have. plz take this into consiederation! :3

Actually, that's not too bad of an idea! Both recoloring and remixing stuff requested not to remix are both serious issues. But wasn't there already a curated project about recoloring? In my opinion, you should talk about remixing. I know a person or two who are pretty big on this. We could at least interview someone on this.

Interview with TheArtOfCoding, creator of “how to Make a Maze”

Q: Where did you get the idea for the project?
A: When I started Scratch I had always wanted to make a maze, but I couldn't code one. Then, after four or five months I discovered the scripts to make one. I made that tutorial to help other Scratchers. That last sentence kinda threw me off.

Q: Do you enjoy teaching people things?
A: I absolutely love teaching people things! It's because it makes me smile when they get to know something new.

Q: Do you like making mazes?
A: I don't like making mazes that much because I don't get ideas for difficult levels.

Q: If you could improve anything on your project, what would it be?
A: I wish I could add how the scripts work (but now it's featured so I can't edit it).

Q: What is your favorite color?
A: My most favourite colour is blue.
