Aha! So that's what you guys just did! You changed the fonts…
Well unfortunately that just created a bunch more bugs.

Ugh, I know But I think it's a little better now.
In 1.4 it happened to me at least 5 times, the input stuff went first (variable/list names, number/word entries) and then everything would vanish. About a month ago (on a different computer) the bug came again, but only for the input stuff and the writing on the blocks (like on the green flag block it would be just a green flag), and it didn't delete text near as fast, so I just saved it before those words disappeared and opened up a new scratch browser. All fixed. My browser / operating system: Windows XP, Chrome 31.0.1650.63, Flash 11.9 (release 900) , if that helps. My other computer which I used for 1.4 was also a windows XP but I don't know the flash nor can I check (cause it died ).
The latest incident was about a month ago. Hope I could help

Finally! Found it!

I'm getting it too, but at random times. I can't seem to reproduce the bug, it happens randomly for me. I find within the last week of me using Scratch, there is about a 70% chance that bug will happen for me.

Maybe try to change the font size by shift clicking edit and find font sizes…

The same is happening to me, but ALL the * text is missing. unlike the picture up top.
However It still worked. (the project)

Sometimes it is like this, other times it is normal.
that is everything I know.

Hello, I'm new to Scratch so if there's a better thread to post this in, let me know: it looks like i've caught the same bug, at least from reading through the early posts it sounds like it. Trying to include a PNG snip to show, but I'm not familiar with the forum's controls for including an image, so if it doesn't load, please let me know how to include a picture from my computer.



Anyways, all the text is not visible on the blocks; it is, however, visible in the variable blanks.
