Add back the ability to seach for users and forums!

I give you as much support as possible to you. The new search engine is more reliable but has lost loads of feature. I like searching for good unpopular
users and projects so the old search engine was very helpful. Plus I still can't get my head round the idea of joining up the explore section with the search
section, it makes no sense.
P.S Scratch team, you're still super awesome as always.

Support I dont get this new search engine, its so hard to find users, profiles, forum stuff and i need to see the description of things slightly while searching, i cant find the right songs and stuff, its impossible to find music by certain bands or with certain titles because you need to go through the whol thing

at least edit the new engine a little Please!

Since the new search design, you can't search the forums like you used to. There is a projects and studios tab, so maybe add in users and forums, like there used to be? Thanks.

How would the forum results be displayed? The explore page now gives each project or studio with its thumbnail, but forum topics don't have thumbnails. Maybe it could be something like

I think they're going to re-add it later, but not yet.

For now, a temporary work-a-round is to enter this into Google search.

site:scratch.mit.edu/discuss SearchTermHere

If you want to search a different part of the site, remove the /discuss part and replace it with what part you want to search.
If you want to search the site as a whole, just remove the /discuss.

I don't think it's a bug or a glitch, it's probably just being renovated for the upgrade to Scratch 3.0, which is currently in progress.
