I dunno if anybody has noticed, but the usernames under all the projects on the homepage look significantly smaller and there's no “by” before their username. 
Maybe this is part of the gradual transition to the 3.0 site.

Also just released are the responsive navbar and footer, and the redesigned search and explore pages.

Just a thought: if there were projects compatible with 16:9 and 4:3, I guess there would have to be two iframe things for both resolutions

I like to make drawings move elsewhere, but on here I do mainly coding experiments. Check them out if you want!

Not sure if this is news, but all the graphic effects are working in the VM. 
Edit: The effects seem to be identical to 2.0 for the most part, although things get a bit different with extreme values (try comparing mosaic effect of 1500 between 2.0 and the Scratch 3 VM).
