1) What art style should we go for? low-poly, semirealism, etc.

THE PROPHECY

Prologue

A long time ago there was a curious team, of almost-adventurers. They had a dream, to discover a place where they could be free, ignoring the topic (none of which you could see).
So a scan was sent out, to find someplace new, but what they found almost seemed almost untrue. A mysterious island, with an easy route, and so the small team grabbed a boat and set out..
And farther and farther, right into the sea, and soon land was visible, 'twas clear to see. And so our brave heroes anchored their boat (it was made of wood, so they got it to float) and then on land one of them started a race, to a tree on the island, trying to keep pace.
Of course, the most skilled was about to win but at the roots he stopped, stood still, and- fell in. They rushed to his side, hoping for the best, but instead found something amazing, in the sand at rest.. An old, dusty paper!
In that ditch, in that den, as they slowly unfolded: PROPHECY: do not open….. Yet when they tried to open it, all of the pages ripped out separately and blew out into the sky by the wind. The pages are now spread through the island, and the adventurers began their journey throughout mystical lands through the Islands, to discover… and finish the Prophecy.

Chapter I

“Hey! Indeed this place was needed! Sadly the Penguins News Shoppe is not getting orders, so I had to bump it. Well, it’s my time to rest after all that work anyway,” Ritz1125 exclaimed to herself as she clambered up the sandy shore, ready for a fine vacation. In front of her sat a Byte holding a sign saying “Welcome To The One And Only Offtropical Island!”.
“Howdy! Welcome to the Prophecy! I’m MegaByteCorporations, but you can just call me Mega. In Accordance With The Prophecy.” The Byte waved towards Ritz.
“Yeah, I know who you are. If you didn’t recognize me, I’m Ritz1125, also known as Ritz. What’s the Prophecy though?” Ritz asked. Mega chuckled deviously at the comment, as if the Prophecy was something very major.
Suddenly, a fairy floated down to join the conversation. “Haha!” she cried.
Mega made a look at the fairy. “Jewel! Don’t you know what it is?”
“Yeah, I was there! We haven’t found any of the other chosen ones,” the fairy, whose name was supposedly Jewel, replied.
Ritz stepped back a bit; she suddenly felt like a foreigner to the Mega she knew. “This Prophecy thing… so I’m not in it?
Mega shrugged. “Maybe, maybe not. So far, the chosen ones are me, Jewel, Firewhale, and Pip. Though you probably have no idea who all those names are. You’ll get to know them soon.”
“Uh… Okay. Do you know where the Holiday Inn is? I need to check i -” Ritz was completely ignored by the Byte and Jewel, who were continuously chatting.
“Ooh! And maybe xNeymarx! But we’d have to but him through the Trial By Steamed Brussels Sprouts…” Mega drifted away in a dark thought. Ritz had no idea who the “Steamed Brussels Sprouts” were, but it didn’t sound good at all.
“Ah yes, the Steamed Brussels Sprouts… Only the braves survive,” noted Jewel. Mega shuddered at the thought while Ritz stood there, confused. Maybe I flew to the wrong island, she thought. This Offtropical Island didn’t sound like a vacation spot at all.
“I am very sorry, but I believe I have arrived at the wrong destination. Now if you excuse me… I’ll be on my way.” Ritz tiptoed away towards her privately-owned cruise ship, which was still anchored.
Mega and Jewel looked back. “See ya Ritz! Come back some time!” they called. Ritz waved back, then disappeared without changing her mind once.
“That was some interesting way to chase off vacationers,” Mega spun around to see a Flaming Orca. “It was lucky I didn’t have to go through the Trial of the Brussels Sprouts,” the Orca continued.
Mega shuddered once more at those spoken words. “No, Firewhale… You were…..” He couldn’t calm down enough to finish the sentence. Firewhale gasped and waited for the next part of the sentence to come. It never did, but he was worried when Mega squinted his eyes, looking very evil. Perhaps he was planning something evil, Firewhale thought. Something that had to do with the Trial and Firewhale himself.
“Please!” cried Firewhale, “Don’t put me through the Trial! It’s obvious I’m part of The Prophecy!” He paused for a moment, gaping at another horrible thought. “Wait… Don’t tell me… You can’t be controlling the horrendous Brussel Sprouts!”
“No I don’t,” Mega replied flatly, to which Firewhale was relieved. “But The Director does… Dun Dun Dunnn!”
Firewhale never heard of ‘The Director’, but it sounded awfully familiar. “The Director! I wonder who he or she is behind that mask in the shadow… He must be controlling everything!”
“I wish I knew too,” sighed Mega. Neither of them realized that the fairy was still flying around, listening to the entire conversation.
“Is she the one behind all this madness?” wondered Jewel.
“Possibly…” Firewhale answered. The truth was, none of them even knew who the Director is. Mega sighed and sat down on the sandy surface.
Not long after, Mega jolted upright as if he remembered something too important. “I know now, Firewhale! You were… You are… The Director…”



Chapter II

As he said the last words, Firewhale stared in shock. He can’t possibly be the one to control the Brussels Sprouts! “This is impossible!” he exclaimed.
Jewel looked at him angrily. “How could you!”
“Please! I never wanted to be The Director! It was Mega who started all of this!” But Firewhale had to accept the truth, if it was even the truth. If he was The Director, then was Mega just a regular islander? He couldn’t be a normal person after what he went through. Together, they discovered this island; he was the co-owner of this entire land!
Mega randomly chuckled. “Ah, so now you wonder who I am. I am not the Director. I am.. The Prophesier! I foretold the Prophecy!” Both Firewhale and Jewel gasped in awe.
“I was always wondering about The Prophecy since I found the book! So you were the author all along?” There were tons of questions ready for Mega. Firewhale hoped to figure out this Prophecy once and for all.
“Hehehe… How could you wonder when yo-” Mega suddenly choked as he seized his own throat. “The Daemons! They’re here and pelting me with Brussels Sprouts! Help!” He collapsed due to lack of oxygen. Jewel immediately rushed to his side. They had to act before Mega killed himself.
“I don’t see anything though,” said Firewhale, “Are you sure you’re not hallucinating and suffocating yourself?”
“That’s because they’re… Of.. The..” Mega rolled his eyes up as his consciousness faded away.
“What? Noooo!” Jewel wailed, “What do we do now?”
“Well, first we have to check if he’s alive or not,” Firewhale said as he checked Mega’s pulse. He looked back at Jewel. “He’s gone into a coma!”
“That’s bad! Really bad!”
“What’s worse is that I can’t even see the demons he was talking about!” Firewhale sighed. Jewel looked back and forth, making an attempt to find the “daemons” Mega saw.
“I can’t see them either! How can we fight what we can’t see?” Jewel flew back to Firewhale in disappointment. If the demons attack them, what would happen? Could they go into a coma? Could they possibly even die?
Mega abruptly stood up in a hypnotised state. “Donut… Coffee…” As Firewhale and Jewel stared in awe and shock, Mega slowly walked towards higher ground with his eyes closed. Quickly realizing what was going to happen, Firewhale snapped out of the hypnotizing walk and dashed for Mega. He was walking straight towards a beachside cliff, which was 300 feet high!
“He’s committing sleepwalk suicide!” Firewhale cried as he watched Mega walk innocently off the steep cliff.
Mega couldn’t die from such a dumb reason. He was the Prophesier! If he was gone, then Firewhale and Jewel would never be able to solve the Prophecy. He was also Firewhale’s dear friend. Before thinking twice, Firewhale leaped and tackled Mega just when his one foot left the ground.

“We're under attack!” one of my companions shouted as alarms blared. We ran for the escape capsules. We had been on that ship for a long time, and yet, I remembered launching off from Earth as vividly as ever.

It had been a bright and happy day, full of smiles and cheers, for we, the crew of the GFS Alpha, were launching off into space, heading for Rega IV, a planet in the Rega system that was thought to be habitable. If we survived the journey there, and found it to be habitable, we would be worldwide heroes, for we would have found the solution to the food problem back on Earth.

And now, after five years of travel, we finally came into sight of Rega IV, and it looked almost exactly like Earth had as we left Earth, we thought we had triumphed.
We were wrong.
We soon discovered that Rega IV was surrounded by what seemed to be asteroids, so Captain Urquhart called for evasive maneuvers.
I saw something through the window, it seemed like an asteroid was mimicking each of our movements, but that couldn’t happen, right? I shrugged the thought away, but I soon came to regret not informing the Captain of the phenomenon.
The ship trembled as another blast hit the side of the ship. When I finally got to the room where the escape capsules were, I was starting to feel a bit light-headed. The airlock must have busted. With a start, I realized that there were only 5 intact escape capsules left; I pushed through the crowd, fighting to reach one of the remaining capsules.
That's when the engine blew up.
As I shoved into the fourth capsule I saw a burst of light behind me, and I thought I heard several people scream, though the sound was lost in the eternal abyss that is known as space. I pulled the door shut as fast as I could. And then I saw them. The aliens had grotesque, horned faces. They tore through the wreckage, grabbing up anyone who wasn't dead; I assumed the captives were to be used as slaves. When I finally tore my eyes away from the window, I turned and let out a moan of despair – the fuel tank had fractured, leaving me in the hands of the aliens.

How many are there? And do the Executive Producers and Founder take on Editorial duties as well?
