Multiplayer game without signing in

How do I make a multiplayer game that doesn't need the user to sign in?

You can't. It's not possible.

“Online Multiplayer” (that is, where players on multiple different computers interact with one another) is only possible on Scratch via Cloud Data, which requires the player to be signed in to a Scratch account and not be a New Scratcher. You can still make “local multiplayer” where multiple people play on the same computer (like using two different sets of keys to control two different characters, or having players take turns).

I think they're talking about the actual coding on the website that would allow for those who aren't Scratch users to use cloud data (it doesn't).
