We really need to get some sort of mandatory order competition rules, like you said.

Also, the following is mandatory. You are obligated to complete at least one order if you wish to keep your membership in Tropical Waves. Just because you respond to the All-Call doesn't mean you're a member. To confirm your intention of keeping your membership, please complete at least one order. Otherwise, you will be cut. Thank you.

Sorry, I think I'm going to have to leave. I'm getting really busy in real life, and I feel like I can't keep my activity up enough here.

I think 2 is the best bet. 1 might work if our members stay active, but we don't have enough musicians, that's for sure. I've been trying to make terrible music, but the result is just terrible.

I think a combination of 1 and 2 would be best. We'd still get orders done ourselves, but try to find some fresh new people who can help us.

Number 3 would only be for total shop failure (i.e. if, when I issued the non-mandatory all-call yesterday, nobody answered). But we are still doing orders, just rather more slowly than a shop at its optimum performance.

If you find someone on Scratch who is talented and who you think might like to join our shop, don't ignore them! We are in need of more people who like doing what we do here: helping others with our art, music, programming, et cetera.

If you see someone, ask them to check out our shop. No need to make a long speech, just tell them what we do and that we would love for them to join!
