I tend to work on the front end, then make the backend and modify the front end to communicate with the backend. The back end is easier when you know how the frontend works.

No, first I need to make the plans. BTW- Please make me the TEMPORARY head coder. Once we find someone to replace it I will no longer be head coder. (You can note it is just temporary)
