I've really been wanting to find a featured project about how to draw cats! and I think a lot of other ppl would too

Hey! I've found a really good project, by @StormyRaven
It was pointillism art, and it was so detailed, and the colors she chose to use were great. It also had great (instrumental) music to go along with it, and that's a big thing to me. I mean, it's hard to find music that can fully match, and express your art.
Anyway, I'm gonna stop being cheesy and just say that I thought it was a great project. It wasn't a game, but it was truly beautiful art. What really amazed me was that @StormyRaven was trying it out for the first time.

I believe that Neko Chibi Pixel Art deserves to be featured because most people on Scratch use vector, but she uses bitmap. She does a really good job at shading, and making the most out of color appreciation. The detail is great, and it looks really put together. Thanks for considering!
