ATC#7: by [Winner of ATC#6]
TBD

Rules:
The winner of the an ATC:
- can add the medal of the challenge to her/his signature.
- can either create the next ATC or name someone to do so.

Challenges can be anything from riddles, puzzles, code golf etc. The challenge doesn't have to be related to Scratch, but it should target the average AT-Reader. I think, the challenge should be something involving logic and crown a winner by objective means. However, the winner of a challenge has total freedom on the rules of the next challenge.
Each challenge has a maximum time frame of one month (shorter time frames are advised).
If the winner is decided by the first correct submission, then it would be fair to announce the challenge in advance (e.g. 24h before) in the this thread.

ATC#4: Tic Tac Toe will be released in 24h (~11:00 PM in forum-time). It will be a coding puzzle where the first correct submission determines the winner. While the rules might look similar to previous challenges, I can guarantee you, that the solution looks nothing like them (so don't worry, no recursion involved).

In my opinion, ATC#4 will be harder than ATC#1 and #2. It will involve lateral thinking, knowledge of Scratch and other programming languages and deep knowledge of Tic Tac Toe (Yes, you can still learn something about Tic Tac Toe, at least I did, while trying to solve the puzzle myself). I also found solving this puzzle to be quite rewarding and I hope, you will feel the same way.

Should you manage to crack ATC#4 within 4h, I will add “(yourName) is probably the best Scratcher I know” to my signature.

Does the exact time matter? Is it going to be very short?

The first correct submission wins, but I'd be very surprised, If someone manages to submit a straight solution within 4h. Its a hard puzzle and I think, there is a good chance, that the challenge is still alive the next day.

Well, since 11 PM is the middle of the night for me, I hope I can get to it before it's over.

Its quite possible, that you already know part of the solution. If your solution involves an important number, whats that number?

Its also In the middle of the night for me (5:00 AM, but i have to “work” this night).
Even IF @ilikelegos is right about his guess, it would IMO still be very impressive if he can submit a correct answer before you had the chance to have a look at the puzzle.

See this is why I made my challenge non time based. As much as I'm curious about this, I also don't want to stay up all night

There are a lot numbers, more than a dozen! Wild guessing won't help…
Edit: Forgot about the number 4. So there exist at least 13 numbers.
Edit: Oh, 66 just came to my mind, which is also a number. So there must be at least 14 numbers in total.

There are only three relevant numbers in computing. Zero, One, and Infinity.

However the answer is 42. Now… what was the question?
