I've seen lots of people with animated profile pictures. I'm looking on lots of websites but I can't find any. Maybe I can make one, but I don't know how!! If you guys can tell me any websites to go on or how to make one, I would REALLY appreciate it!!

I think you can do one with Gimp. But I'm not sure.

I get mine from here http://giphy.com/ it has a lot of moving pictures and you just right click and save picture as and put it on scratch!

on the scratch website look up How to make an animated profile picture! you should find a project that can help you!
