Scratch cat
Giga
Nano
Gobo
Pico
Tera

There's really no specific gender assigned to the Scratch characters. I guess you can decide what gender they are when you use them in your projects.

The have no gender, but these are the ones most commonly used.
Scratch, Pico, nano and gobo are male
tera and giga are female
but I prefer to think of gobo as a female, so it really depends on who you ask.

None of the characters are assigned a specific gender.

i think that
scratch cat: male,
Gobo: male
Giga: Female
Tera: female
Pico: Male
Nano: Male
