I saw on a couple of sites that it was possible to use Scratch on a Raspberry Pi.

Scratch is pre-downloaded on the Raspberry Pi however it is Scratch 1.4 not Scratch 2.
Just go to the menu then click programing. It will come up.

How to program Scratch to Raspberry Pi?
That's the software for the RPi. Download NOOBS (0.99GB), start the RPi, check Raspbian , set language, push ‘i’, and when it reboots, click ‘Menu > Programming > Scratch’
