Scratch 3.0
This is going to be interesting! Hopefully, since it's based in Javascript, there will be a built-in feature to export projects as standalone webpages…

@comp09 It might be cool to host a copy of the scratch-vm playground, since iirc it connects the VM and the blocks (so you can actually use blocks and stuff!

I mean, I don't like how the vertical has no shadows and simple shapes. It looks too much like scratchJr.I don't like the “cute”, scratchJr style blocks. I like the complex block shapes, and shadows scratch 2.0 has.I'd expect that the horizontal grammar will primarily be for the mobile apps, and the vertical grammar will be used in the web/desktop interface.

This is still early stage stuff, so new blocks probably won't get added for a little while.

It's going to be one of those things that everyone thinks is horrible and they're going to beg the ST to change it but eventually everyone will get used to it and think that purple is terrible.
