I have been having problems with making a scrolling background in my game. I found out that I can make an infinite scrolling background no problem without any mistakes but I would like it to scroll once through 3 different backgrounds (sprites) and then stop. When I try to do this, the second and third sprite just don't appear. I am trying to make a sort of cut-scene and so there is no character in it as it scrolls, just the sprites scrolling (hopefully which will then stop at the location of the first part of the game). I would appreciate any help. Thanks

I haven't had much experience with scrolling backdrops, but if anybody is going to help you, you'll probably need to give a link to your game. Just open up your game, make sure that it's shared, select and copy the web address (which usually starts with https://scratch.mit.edu), and paste it into your next post. Good luck!

In my game, I have changed the background behind the sprites slightly so that you can see how they just stop. The sky of the background is black rather than blue now. This makes it easier to see in which way it is broken (I hope)
To get to the scrolling, just press “Play Game”, choose any save file (which don't actually save anything yet XD) and then click “New Game”

Great! That should make it much easier for people to help now. Although, I think you forgot to share the project. When I clicked on the link, it told me that the project wasn't shared. Maybe just something wrong with my server. You should check though. Happy Scratching!
