Cool idea! One suggestion though-maybe let people submit covers and songs without an email. That would be a lot easier for people without an email/people that aren't able to give away their email.

Nice idea but as painogirl84 stated above maybe allow others to submit there parodies / songs without the use of email. Good idea though!
