Can I request an Icon?

I'd like a banner, please. It should be different shades of green and should say “Logos by splatoblat” and “FREE, high-quality vector logos” on it. Please animate it so that it cycles through shades of green. The text should be white or a light shade of green. please try to find a font that looks like the ink is dripping, but if you can't you can use the Scratch font. Thanks!
