No, you cannot. The probable reason why you can't is because it would change a lot in the community - from your projects, studios, and possibly the Wiki. However, you could create a new account with a different username, and tell people you migrated/moved there.

Wellll….not entirely true. How about the two-letter country codes? For example mine is IE.
