Pixels too small for screen...?

I am having trouble with the bitmap editor. Any lines I draw turn out odd. for example:

These two thick lines are slightly blurred.

Parts of this thin line are not showing at all.
By the way, I use Google Chrome.

Are you sure you are not zoomed out in your browser? Press CTRL+Scroll to check it out.

I have tried zooming in and out. It makes no difference.

Have you tried Reinstalling Flash, or switching browsers?

It sometimes does this for me on Youtube, but goes away by it's self .

No I don't make projects anymore. I left some time ago.
I only check the forums every now and then, but other than that consider me retired.
