Really? The yellow and green tile puzzle was the hardest for me.

I had trouble with Huff n Puff the first time I fought him. That was when I ONLY used Star Storm, Power Bounce, and Lady Bow.

Shadow Mewtwo in Pokémon Tournament is one of the hardest bosses ever, I literally couldn't even beat shadow mewtwo until the final league!

Misery from Cave Story.

It's hard to dodge her attacks and to survive the next boss, you either have the choice of using the heath jar or dodge all of her attacks and don't get hit.

I only defeated her once and I was left with 7 HP for the next boss, no way to heal at all.

You guys ever played “Super Meat Boy!”. It is said to be the hardest game of all time! Any boss in that game is really hard. Though mostly the cuddley lava monster who just wants to hug you.

While not necessarily hard, Chaos from Final Fantasy 1 was really tedious on my Thief Solo Run

No. “I Wanna Be The Guy” is the most challenging. Super Meat Boy only left me with 3564 deaths (Including the Dark World), but I Wanna Be The Guy still has me stuck on the final boss with 200,000+ deaths and counting.

Little Horn is really the only boss that gives me trouble, but that's only because his face-slam is a hit or miss situation depending on if you can memorize it.

Really? have you beat the good ending? the bosses after the undead core are hell. (Pun intended)
