Hey guys! I apologize for the huge irresponsibility that i showed and that you all were left without notice. I'm back, and extremely sorry for the long inactivity. Life events distracted me from Scratch, and I wasn't able to put in the effort to come back for a very long time. However, I've decided to put a huge amount of effort into creating a revamped revolutionary MMORPG and to do that i will be needing to take control again and have everybody's help. I promise that i will return and not leave again with no notice, at the least i will check the site and still help manage things, at the most i will spend huge amounts of hours a day working on it. I'm very happy to see the dedication that you all have to continue the Otimus collab, as a result, I perfectly understand that you may want to start your own version of the collab and i don't know if you guys will be able to trust my position since i had left for so long, but if you join me, i guarantee that the Otimus Collab will become revolutionary. Here are just a tiny sections of the many team improvements that i'm going to implement so that everybody can really contribute, instead of being daunted by the structure of the code, i'll also include a description of what the new Otimus will look like:

Programming Principles - Six rules to Development

1) All developer contributed coding will be in the form of User-Defined or Custom blocks.
2) All coding will require sufficient documentation to explain how it functions and how to use those blocks, they should be available in the form of comments.
3) All developers may only develop new systems, they may use all other programmer's user-defined blocks in the creation of their code, but may not modify other programmer's existing systems except within the following cases:
a. Given access to change the code by the Head Programmer or Project Manager
b. Creating a project unaffiliated with the main Otimus Mmorpg Project
b. 100% SURE OF WHERE CODE WAS CHANGED
4) The Project Manager - Itsmomito & panel of reviewers will determine if the code is ready to be added to the official MMORPG Collab, and will do the actual implementation of the code, code should be presented to itsmomito in the form of an empty project with blocks in it, or the current mmorpg release with the new code added, either way the code may be modifed and transferred to a different project.
5) Developers are free to make any new systems, code anything they want to be added to the project, but adding it will be at the discretion of a panel of reviewers.
6) Developers are free to attempt bug-fixing, change current code, and do anything they want with the code, it is open source, but Otimus Collab will not adopt their changes unless they adhere to the following principles.

Description of the New Teams & Sub Teams

** Each subteam team is responsible for their own separate part of the project, they must follow the lead of their head team leader and that leader will report to the team leader, who will report to the panel of reviewers and Project manager.

1) World Team
a) Designers & Storyline Cretors - Designs the whole world, culture, environment, storyline, civilization, regions that players may access, location, npcs, natural objects trees, quests, plot, storyline, bushes, etc., everything related to how the world will be like in Otimus.
b) Graphical Artists - Bring the creations of the Designers to life, make usable by the programmers
c) Programmers - Programs everything that they are provided with by the graphical artists, must follow the guidelines of the Design Team.

2) Objects Team
a) Designers - Designs the items, weapons, clothing, all objects that players will have access to in their inventories of the game.
b) Graphical Artists - Bring the creations of the Designers to life and creates the inventory system.
c) Programmers - Responsible for the inventory system and implementing all the objects into that system.

3) Systems Team
a) Designers - Designs how the currency, exp, stats, and all other systems will function ( Except for Trading System, Movement, and Inventory)
b) Graphical Artists - Creates the interfaces or GUI's that these systems will be used in.
c) Programmers - Brings all this to life, but only creates the aspects unrelated to MMORPG programming.

4) MMORPG Systems Team
a) Designers - Same as the programmers in this case, plan out how the systems will work for maximum efficiency, what MMORPG systems will be in place: Group battles, healing other players, movement, trading, markets, etc.
b) Programmers - Will create these systems and make them easily used for all the other team members.


THE NEW OTIMUS FEATURES!

1) Rebuilt from scratch with the help of everyone.
2) A gigantic world, a result of the dedicated World Team, traveling from map to map.
3) PvP, many more npcs, actual quests to follow
4) REAL MMORPG, must support at least one hundred players online at once and display their movements
5) Improved SafeChat, inventory system, minimap & world map to use for traveling from place to place
6) Much more in game interaction, market places, shops, etc.
7) Player customization - Stats system, body equipment system, looks customization
8) Trading System, currency System, group battles, object rarity, and tons more!
9) Our own unique graphics, provided that we can gain many graphical designers!
