Also, how many blocks exactly is classified as a block list? There is a user (not giving out their username) that made several topics containing about 6 to 7 blocks of various categories. Are these considered block lists?

The thing is that we have too many Stickies.

Maybe we could combine a few Stickies because some of them have duplicate information, but that'll just make them longer.
