Problem
Ever had one of those creeps who post mean things on your projects/studios/profile? Ever wonder how many comments they made that are like that? You don't want that person to continue violating the CGs and making others feel bad, so how would you know if they've made several insulting/mean comments elsewhere?
Solution
Somewhere on a user's profile, there will be a link aptly named “See user comments” that will show all the existing comments made by that user, along with a link to the project it is on. There will be 30 comments show per page and organized like messages. If the ST so choices, they can also include a report button beside every comment on this page.
Mockup
Reasons
Remember, if privacy is at stake, then you chose the wrong site to have chats on. Scratch is open to the public and there should be no reason to hide secrets on it.

I love this song! posted on Project1 Report
I hate you! posted on User4 Report
lolol check my projekt derp.com/troll posted on Studio10 Report
Reasons
- Greatly help to quickly track down those mean comments
- Further discourage the exchange of personal info and flame wars
- Quickly find an important comment that you can't remember where it was on

Support! It would be good to see if someone is a large spammer or just made one nasty comment.

This kinda invades privacy, as free as Scratch is.
Sorry, I don't support. The Report button is sufficient.

Bump.
Fair enough, but there is no privacy on Scratch or else users will do things they shouldn't do, such as make very hurtful remarks about so-and-so. If you want to chat in private do it somewhere else. This kinda invades privacy, as free as Scratch is.

But then, if it is all about privacy, then that would be the same as private messaging, which is a rejected suggestion. This kinda invades privacy, as free as Scratch is.

@ProdigyZeta7: +1 for this suggestion!

If it's for seeing your own comments, and not anyone else's, then I support. If not, I'm sorry, but no.

Y'know, maybe this could work, but I also agree with dracae. I know it's for safety reasons, but invading someone's pricacy doesn't seem very nice to me… I think I got mixed feelings about this suggestion.Uh, why not? If it's for seeing your own comments, and not anyone else's, then I support. If not, I'm sorry, but no.

Agh, semi-support then. (Why am I often so neutral? T-T)

I'll support, but I think only the moderators should have access to it. Or else it can cause some tension.

I'm with dracae and Nox on this one.
Also, this could be used for mass-false reporting as much as it would help cut down on people being mean. One time someone made an account for the Scratch Wiki that they wanted all the admins to share and they posted the p/w on one of my projects that no-one had looked at in a while.
So even though Scratch is strictly no-PM, would you like everybody stalking you and mass-reporting you over what could have been just a misunderstanding?
I would like it if I could view all of my own comments, though. That would help a heck of a lot.

Well, if people are reporting you for things that are not inappropriate, they end up getting consequences themselves. I'm with dracae and Nox on this one.
