I am working on a version of Scratch 2.0 called Purrr! Purrr! is a full featured HTML5 version of Scratch with (hopefully) all of the existing features of Scratch!
Project Status: Started figuring out how to make all the features in HTML5
Please tell me your ideas and I hope for it to be on Github very soon!
Please ask if you want to help!

How do you plan to do this?1) Compile the scratch-flash github repository
2) Compress it
3) Use some Google service I found to turn it into HTML5 files
4) Edit it from there

Google's Swiffy was designed for simple Flash animations with basic interactivity, such as advertisements. It would not be able to convert a complicated Flash application like Scratch.Realy why do u think that? How do you plan to do this?1) Compile the scratch-flash github repository

Also, the code it generates is not readable, let alone editable, at all.
