Whisper/shout/cry: maybe, but what is really the reason for the different balloon types?
Costume name: yes, this would be good.
Negative: no, just do -1 *
Dialog boxes: eh, no real opinion either way… we already have “ask and wait”

Why do people keep making large block lists? And why do these people always have “cs” followed by a number as their username? I'm starting to think this guy is a spammer who keeps switching accounts…

Whisper: No support, when would this be needed?
Shout: Same.
Costume name: Semi-support. If this is only needed for clones, but it does work for original sprites, then maybe it should be more specific.
Cry: I don't think this would be needed.
Confirm in dialog: Semi-support, really specific.
Dialog Message: Semi-support, useful but not that hard to workaround.
Ask in dialog: Only support if there is a block that reports the answer.
Last letter: No support, workaroundable:

Sorry, no support.
Scratch has limits. Having limits means that SOME stuff won't be added. If Scratch's server got filled up we probably wouldn't be able to make any more blocks or projects. Good ideas, though.

In fact not all are bad. It means something, something I'm unaware of.
I never have, and never will support variants of “say”, sorry.Why? Is it because more types of speech bubbles is pointless and can be hand-done. Probably.
I don't have a stance because it's a bunch of blocks. It's still a list even though it isn't alligned in a straight line.
