I know that app's name, it's called Puffin Web Browser. This is not a bug with Scratch, this is not even a bug! I saw that happen before too, it says that because Puffin is based on Linux and Chrome. That is the format of Puffin. I found this at https://www.puffinbrowser.com/faq/

Q: What is the user agent of Puffin Web Browser?

All Puffin browsers including Puffin Web Browser, Puffin Web Browser Free and Puffin Academy use the same format. Here is an example of the user agent of Puffin Web Browser 3.7.0:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; zh-TW) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/30.0.1599.114 Safari/537.36 Puffin/3.7.0IT

Another reason that it detects Linux as the OS could be that the OS/browser tracker doesn't know the OS and just says Linux, but I'm almost completely sure that the first answer is correct.
Did that answer your question? Do I need to explain it better?

Wow, that entirely answered, and how did you find out the browser, amazing.
