Well if someone could not be so lazy and actually make a well-made title screen and character selection then, yeah, there might be something to do.
Just having a couple of buttons and a simple screen change isn't good enough guys, you're just letting me down and I'm thinking maybe I should make a tighter application system or just go and make a different collab.

I made some sprites, did the movement, now I'd like someone to make a simple title screen and character selection that follows something similar to the images I placed on the previous page.

Two players! So making just one character isn't helpful, and not even being able to change character is annoying.
Think of it this way.
You are trying to explain something to me through programming, without any scripts, just a visual thing.
You need to make something which is easy to work out, with a minimal amount of words.
I didn't give you any extra characters… well just make a filler! Put a square with a stickman in it. Graphics can be done later.

Just make something that works!
Currently what we have is something I could've done in 5 minutes. This is a collaboration, we work together, share the work so we can get things done efficiently. Having to ask 4 or 5 of you for something I stated maybe a week ago and not having it done well is very frustrating!

No, it's where you select what game you want to play…
Of course, what did you think it was? If you want extra attributes, depending on the character, you can add them if you want.

But that is still no excuse to say “Oh that's too complicated” and then just do a half-hearted job.

Oookay, I'll get working on a title screen and char selection as soon as I finish my homework, sorry, I haven't been able to properly catch up since my internet went funny…

No. Good.
I'm going to wing it, but wing it well, just to prove to you (Hotwire) that someone is willing to put in effort.

So far my title screen relies on a three option choice, and it may take a bit of doing to add to that. I'll comment on scripts to make it easier to do.

EDIT: oops. I just realised why it seemed familiar.
It looks a bit similar to the itunes cover flow.
