What would be ideal is if we could upload more types of audio files. I use Garage Band, so my audio file is a .MP4, however Scratch can only read .MP3 and .WAV audio files. I suggest that Scratch be able to allow us to upload more types of audio files such as .MP4 files.

You know, there is a couple of websites that converts any audio file to any audio file type.

I think that There should be an option when uploading a non-WAV file, either speed upload, compromising quality, or quality upload, compromising speed.

.aif
If not you might have a these music file
.m4a
.m3u
MPEG-4

Or convert it to .wav

As per your question, you can google online for a way to convert an .aif to a .mp3.

As per the OP, maybe the reason you can't import .mp4 music files is because .mp4 files are actually videos. You would need to extract the audio from it using an audio extraction program.

I support so that you can upload more audio files, which will make more choices from audio. I needed some music for my project, but then I couldn't upload because the file was MPEG. I think the video files should be converted to mp.3 or WAV, just as you said. It's harder to find the music otherwise.
