So, we all know that GTA: V is one of the best sandbox games there is. However, it is NOT Scratch appropriate. So, with this Scratch Edition, many things will be removed. The game will be in 3d! Yes, I can do 3d. (Check my profile). Online MIGHT come, but it really matters if Phosphorus will support cloud variables and sign in, but Phosphorus work will come later. So here are some rough ideas of what will be in game:

Water Cannon (Not really a weapon but harms players and npcs) (Mounted on Fire Truck)
Blaster (A gun that shoots lazers) (It can knock out players or npcs)
Foam Sword (You can whack people with it)


Note that there are no bikes, planes, trains or boats on this list. And that this list is subject to change at any time.

Basically the story will be missing, but you get a simplified version of San Anderas to explore. And play with your friends if the online works out.

Bad news, no multiplayer, phosphorus does NOT support it. Maybe splitscreen later? Unsure.

I can help you with that, but I am not that great at 3D. I have been waiting for this day to come lol! GTA would be awesome on scratch, no one has even come close.

Ok, The wanted system is in development. I think it will go like this:

One Star: (Minor Offense) Police will pursue you with police cruisers and on foot. They will detain you if you are caught.
Two Stars: (Major offense such as hitting a cop car or officer) Police will act as in one star, except they can now use blasters.
Three Stars: (Extremely large offense) SWAT units will be called in and officers will now shoot on sight. Police will start setting up roadblocks
Four Stars: (Escalation from three stars) NOOSE will now arrive in FIB SUVs, Spike Strips will now be used.
Five Stars: (Maximum) FIB agents are deployed. Noose will now use police riots. Local police drop out and FIB Buffalos will now pursue the player.

I think that developers will get exclusive cars. Ask for an exclusive car if you are a developer.

I already called the LSPD Buffalo.

I have the experience of recording sounds from my youtube channel lol.

You can do the weapons… But the weapons must be Scratch Appropriate (That's why I changed guns to blasters)
I would REALLY like having you do the sounds. (I need sirens, ambient noise, basically anything except music and the sounds need to be REALLY SHORT) (Phosphorus constraints)

I am in charge of the driving and physics however (I run the 3d engine)

Cool, but your 3D engine still has some bugs in it. Try going on turbo mode and turning the car side-to-side.
