I've commented on this on another bug post, but I figure if we want the Scratch people to notice, more people can't hurt, right? Forgive me if I'm wrong!
Anyways, when I try to load any project, whether mine or anyone else's, it won't load. I am stuck on the Loading Project bar.

Like so in the picture above, except for there's no message informing about identity, and the bar never fills up (no blue).
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

I can't load any projects including my own, it just says the project has failed to load, even though other Scratchers can get onto them, and when I have finished a project, after a couple of days, my project goes blank and it stops working properly. I don't know what is happening! I am also getting endless notifications, even though I have already checked them. If you know how to fix this or why it is happening….. Please help me!

I'm sorry, I have no idea what is happening to you! For me, the problem went away the next morning. Maybe try a different browser, logging in and out again, or making a new account. (just to see if you can load projects again with a different account) Sorry I can't be of much help; good luck getting that problem fixed!

This is on my ipad and the problem has gotten worse to the problem that i can even post or go into a new project all i can do at the curent moment is leave messages in roleplays i am in but i really want to post one of my projects bad but its just siting in my projects and i can open it to post it or put a song into it plz help i really need to know what to do to fix this its been going on for days plz if there is anything i can do plz let me know thanks

Sorry, I don't know why my message repeated… let me think for a little, and then I'll post some ideas.

I don't actually have many ideas right now (the internet is sparse of bug fix ideas for the particular problem you seem to be having.) Right now, my hope is we can get enough people into the conversation so that the Scratch people notice and see if they try to fix it.
Does it just stay on the “Project Loading” bar forever without ever loading, or does it send you an error message?
Can you also try and see if you can find a low- script, low-sprite project and see if maybe your iPad is simply having problems loading large projects?
You might also want to check this out: https://github.com/LLK/scratch-flash/issues/454; it seems to have been written by someone with a similar problem (I can't tell if it's been resolved or not, because someone closed the conversation).
